Talent Assistant: Full-time: 50+ hours per week
ADDITION is a leading, digital-focused, talent management company based in West Hollywood, California. The company was established 4 years ago and is one of the industry's leaders in digital entertainment, with a specific stronghold on YouTube. We are looking for a full-time candidate to fill the role of Talent Assistant. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, talent agency/management company, or at a start-up is highly valuable, and any experience working with talent/celebrities is a huge plus. Candidates must be available by email Monday through Friday and report to the office, unless otherwise notified, between 9:30 am to 7 pm (hours are subject to change and weekend hours may be required from time to time). The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow into a Talent Manager position.
Responsibilities:
• Targeting, identifying and recruiting new talent into the Addition roster
• Closely working alongside talent team on a variety of day-to-day artist support and administrative services such as:
1.Talent development, brand outreach, and campaign execution
2.Coordinating logistics and travel accommodations for client and manager events including but not limited to video shoots, paid appearances, press events, meetings and calls
3. Managing multiple Talent Manager schedules on daily basis
• Preparing internal tracking reports and external post campaign analysis
• Updating company website as well as talent bios and content examples for sales and content pitches
• Helping define, develop and execute talent's content, personal brand and licensing initiatives?
• Providing client and sales team support on brand integration projects -
• Prioritizing and managing time-sensitive deliverables on a daily basis
• Collaborating with freelancers and consulting clients as needed
• Assist in accounting needs as necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Reside in the Los Angeles area
• Previous assistant / agency / MCN / management experience
• Active on all social media, video platforms and applications (YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• General knowledge of the top creators/influencers on each of the social media, video platforms and apps.
• Exceptionally strong writing skills and attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)? and/or Google Suite
• Website Editing experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and working vehicle
• Desire to learn the digital world of entertainment
