Afterhours Productions, a fast-paced film and television production company, is currently looking for Summer 2017 interns to work closely with an award-winning writer/producer/director and his team.
Their recent productions include the highly acclaimed television show ''The Killing Season,'' the documentary,'' Cropsey,'' one of Roger Ebert's Top Ten Documentaries of the year, and numerous other documentary and narrative projects in various stages of development. Afterhours shares an office and collaborates often with Gigantic Pictures. You can expect to read and assist in the development of feature film and television scripts, while learning how a small production company works from the ground up.
Applicants must be well-organized, focused and possess an understanding of the film production process, with a knowledge base of Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite preferred. Most importantly we're seeking passionate and dedicated aspiring filmmakers with a strong desire to learn more. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with a wide variety of projects that will leave you prepared to work in the film industry in several capacities.
