The Advertising Design and User Experience team (ADX) is part of Amazon Media Group's (AMG) Customer Success Team, and we create innovative, customized solutions at the intersection of Advertising and eCommerce. We partner with brands to build emotional connections and connective experiences with Amazon customers in order to help advertisers promote their products and services across Amazon's ecosystem of mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices, and the Amazon Advertising Platform. We believe that advertising, when done well, can enhance the value of the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.
ADX is currently looking for a highly motivated Creative Producer in our Los Angeles office to support projects for the Entertainment and Autos verticals. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills as they will work with multiple stakeholders to bring projects to life for our advertisers. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction and the capacity to move quickly while delivering high-quality results.
This individual will work closely with multiple creative resources, such as designers, art directors, editors, copywriters, and video-makers. Strong organization and communication skills are basic requirements, as well as the ability manage the expectations of the team and our clients, build estimation and budgeting tools and processes, offer unique creative solutions, and stay in active communication with the client team and business operations. He/she will be ultimately responsible for the financial, logistical, and on-time success of every client engagement. The successful individual is a person has a proven work ethic and consistently delivers results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall management, staffing (if necessary), development, estimation and timely execution of creative projects
• Move creative projects from milestone to milestone, removing all roadblocks to execution
• Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines, policies and budgets
• Identify and monitor Producer team KPIs
• Comfortable with producing business and finance reports for senior management and clients as needed
• Working closely with design, development, and business leadership to create a successful work environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years of creative production industry experience, including design, photo, video and marketing/communications
• Experience working with Project Management software to manage the life of a job (open job numbers, input milestones, track approval flow, etc.)
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results amidst multiple, competing priorities
• Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization, and be able to impact and influence them appropriately
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate client needs into actionable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across cross-functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design and sales teams
• Proven results through implementation of systems, processes, philosophy and culture into a production environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading brands through a creative engagement.
• Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
• Able to exhibit ownership and operate autonomously in a lean, fast-paced organization
• Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a creative field
