Talent Manager/Partner at a prestigious management/production company looking for a Co-Assistant. This will either be a First or Second assistant position depending on the candidate's previous work experience. This is NOT a starter desk. All applicants MUST have at least one year assistant experience (talent agency desk experience preferred). Must be detailed-oriented, highly motivated and professional with superior organizational and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include handling client appointments, managing travel/schedule for manager and clients, heavy phones and overall office upkeep. High volume and demanding desk, but an incredible opportunity and learning experience for the right, self-motivated candidate. This is not a literary or development production desk, so please only apply if you are interested in working in talent.
