The Entertainment and Brand Partnerships team works with the world's biggest movie studios, television networks, gaming companies, and SVOD's to create innovative marketing programs using the platforms within AwesomenessTV. As Marketing Solutions Manager, you will create, package, and execute cross-platform marketing programs that help our clients meet their marketing objectives. You will be a part of a dynamic and high-performance team, that is dedicated to building world-class advertising solutions that solve our advertiser business problems, while driving revenue for AwesomenessTV. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and strategic marketing thinker, who is comfortable in fast-paced environments and someone who will thrive on the numerous ''wins'' that he/she will be a part of.
Responsibilities:
-Spearheading client pitches and RFP responses
-Coordinating and participating in creative brainstorms and ideation processes
-Developing pre-roll media plans
-Partnering with ATV Talent team to create relevant talent lists for campaign proposals
-Spearheading internal approvals during media plan creation
-Running day-to-day execution of partner campaigns
-Assembling case studies and wrap reports for completed projects
-Working with Creative resources to develop marketing materials
-Successfully navigating cross-functional teams within ATV, that will include Production, Creative, Social Marketing, Talent, and Legal
-Building campaign trackers
-Helping lead internal and external kickoff calls
-Acting as liaison between all stakeholders within AwesomenessTV
-Participating as a part of a pitch team to present proposals to clients
-Working with ATV legal to review agreements and media IOs
-Attending client meetings as a representative of the ATV brand partnerships team
-Oversight of multiple campaign projects at a given time
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and integrated marketing across a variety of industries from networks, digital publishers, agencies, or servicing a larger sales organization
-Bachelor's degree required
-Working knowledge of YouTube media and pre-roll products
-Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
-Experience at movie studio or media agency is a plus
-High level of organization and attention to detail
-Comfort and confidence in presenting plans to partners
