The Executive Assistant role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. Additional responsibilities include the ability to think and plan-ahead, own heavy calendar management, coordinate both international and domestic travel coordination and expense reporting.
The incumbent must have a high level of discretion and confidentiality of the Head of HR's business activities and the needs that are associated with other designated parties involved in meetings or events, both inside and outside of the company, is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, establish and meet deadlines in alignment with the goals of the HR team, and use sound judgment to take effective action without having to know the total picture. Additionally, the person in this position will tee-up the daily activities for the Head of HR, including prioritization of meetings, advising on potential calendar, event or corporate issues and preparing all associated documents and meeting materials. The candidate must coordinate well with our facilities team and help manage space and group events, meetings, set-up and facilitation as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience assisting at the executive/C-Suite level
• Advanced knowledge of Outlook are essential, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and possess a general tech proficiency
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A hyper-focused approach to work
• A terrific work ethic accompanied by an optimistic, get-it-done outlook
