Project Manager
Stationary Collaboration - Major Designer
Summary of Position:
This company seeks a Project Manager for the launch of our stationary & paperie line which is a collaboration with major designer. This position manages production materials and assets to ensure the highest quality work is produced on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages time-sensitive production materials and assets. Will also work hand-in-hand with Marketing Executives (internal & external) to provide materials for marketing campaigns. Responsible for ensuring production deadlines are met and all creative components are technically functioning and of the highest possible quality.
Assures the production process runs smoothly and vendors produce quality work on schedule and within budget.
Works with production & marketing units to gather assets for websites and social media accounts (photos, sketches, audio, video, text, etc.).
Manages external design vendors for production.
May brainstorm ideas for advertising components.
Meets with internal and external teams to formalize ideas and create plan; obtains necessary approvals to move forward into production.
Reads extensively and researches trends in stationary industry - well versed regarding competitors.
Researches outside vendors for design and production.
Oversees creative advertising campaigns and provides creative direction with media outlets and large partners (Amazon, Target, Papyrus, Barnes & Noble).
May assist in developing advertising content and functionality based on external sites marketing and demographics.
Manages special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some College education preferred; Graphic Design, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent experience highly desirable.
Minimum of 1-year experience in a creative field as it pertains to project management.
Experience with designing, building and maintaining assets and production processes required.
Understanding of digital file transfers and procedures.
