We are an award winning, fully integrated advertising agency creating cohesive campaigns through digital, print and broadcast, from concept all the way through to the finished product. We are seeking a receptionist to join our admin team. The ideal candidate will be a self - starter, have a positive and friendly attitude, and great communication.
Duties/Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
• Answering busy phone system, directing all calls to the proper employee
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a professional and friendly manner
• Distribute mail and packages as they arrive to the office
• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and prepping for company events
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, as well as conference rooms and other working spaces.
• Managing and ordering all supplies and food order to ensure the office is always stocked
• Conducting Fed Ex and Messengers services when needed
• Assisting the CEO in tasks he may ask your help with
• Assisting in tasks asked of you by department heads such as printing, filing, errands, etc.
• May be required to go out of the office to obtain supplies
Requirements:
• Must have 1-2 years experience in an administrative or assistant setting, preferably in entertainment or marketing (internship experience welcomed)
• Must be confident
• Must have great verbal communication and phone skills
• Follows and listens to instructions and procedures
• Can handle pressure in a fast paced environment
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude. Must be a team player
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Self-assured/confident
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Must have reliable transportation
