EMPIRE is a rapidly growing record label, distribution and publishing company seeking a passionate and dedicated office manager to provide administrative support in their San Francisco office. They have partnered with notable artists such as Kendrick Lamar, T.I., B.O.B., Migos, D.R.A.M., Freddie Gibbs, Fat Joe, Mozzy, Too $hort, and Snoop Dogg.
Responsibilities:
• Perform personal and administrative tasks
• Handle confidential matters with discretion
• Keep the office space organized and clean
• Plan and oversee office events/team outings
• Organize/distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Send gifts to clients to recognize important milestones
• Manage the on-boarding process of all new employees
• Answer main phone line and transfer to the appropriate party
• Keep the office stocked with snacks, drinks and paper goods
• Be the first point of contact at the front desk and welcome all clients
• Make travel arrangements for staff and clients (flights, hotel, transportation, etc)
Qualifications:
• Must have experience booking travel
• Previous experience in the music industry preferred
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints
• Must be available to work overtime and on weekends, as needed
• Experience multitasking and doing whatever it takes to get things done
• STRONG PASSION FOR MUSIC WITH DESIRE TO ADVANCE IN THE INDUSTRY
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
