Eleven Seven Label Group (E7LG) is seeking a Publicity Dept. Coordinator / Tour Publicist to join our fast-paced team in NYC.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; is detail oriented, proactive, efficient, professional, and resourceful, with the ability to multitask and follow through on all responsibilities. Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, creativity, strong analytical thinking, writing, problem-solving, and communication skills. A passion for music, media, and the entertainment industry is a must!

Core Responsibilities Include
Support VP of Publicity and Publicity Manager in day-to-day departmental tasks
Maintain highest level of organization and detail in department administrative duties
Create, organize, and maintain artist and label publicity reports, press materials, and media lists
Secure regional and blog interviews, show previews, and concert reviews for every stop on an artist's tour
Pitch national music and HypeM blogs to secure placements on singles, music videos, and album releases
Maintain and execute artist interview schedules, press requests, media tickets
Manage tour press guest list requests and media ticket requests
Media and artist research
Intern management
Maintain artist press clippings
Basic press release and pitch writing
Ability to work independently and be a problem solver
