The Localization Program Manager for our Direct to Translator program will be responsible for building Netflix's in-house translation sourcing program. The ideal candidate will have a great passion for language, extensive experience working in an LSP environment, and maneuverability throughout the localization market.
You Will:

• A skilled communicator who leaves no room for misunderstandings in written or verbal communication. You understand that language barriers and distance introduce a level of complication in communication and you know how to mitigate these risks.
• Highly collaborative and empathetic. You easily understand the needs and challenges of other groups, teams, and individuals.
• Addicted to data. You understand the importance of leveraging data in making decisions and you know to measure success and failure as it pertains to an independent workforce.
• Experienced in managing subtitle and dubbing localization workflows as well as a localization workforce in the entertainment industry.
• Adaptable and resilient. You can turn on a dime to support new priorities, technology, tools and workflows.
