Full Time Job
Do you have an eye for detail? Can you simultaneously balance large ongoing projects and small one-time requests? Are you dogged about following-through on projects until everything is resolved? If so, then read on...
The Team
The Product Creative team purpose is to create the most visually compelling discovery experience and connect our members to the content they love. Our team partners with studios, external creative agencies, and internal cross-functional teams to design and deploy all media representing titles on the Netflix service. We also take creative risks, test what we know to be true, and strive to keep creating new and innovative member experiences through visual assets.
The Role
As the Program Coordinator, you will support the team's systems infrastructure Program Managers in their day-to-day roles. Each day will be a constant mix of the items below, meaning no two workdays will be alike. You will need to be agile and willing to pivot quickly to prioritize new projects, while maintaining status on anything else on your plate. While this role will support the work of PMs, you should feel comfortable working autonomously and proactively.
A Typical Day Might Include:
• Understanding quickly the basics of our team's tools, agency relationships, and title localization process.
• Working with engineering teams to identify, triage, and track issues with our tools that are blocking the team from completing their work. This includes bug regression and documentation.
• Partnering with the Globalization and QC teams to proactively identify artwork on the service and, when necessary, create and assign design requests to have images created or corrected.
• Supporting launches for new languages Netflix may add to the service.
• Testing new tools and features in development for our tools.
• Onboarding and managing accounts for our internal toolsets.
• Supporting tracking design requests for potential new asset types in the Netflix catalog.
The Ideal Candidate
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and workflows.
• Comfortable with workflow tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and Google Suite.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• 2-3 years of experience working with Marketing, Creative Services, or Product teams.
• Passionate about the creative process for marketing and artwork assets for film and TV.
• Previous experience with external partnership management.
• Ability to understand, advocate, and embody the company's core values and the Product Creative team goals.
• Fluency in a secondary language a plus but not required.
• Background ( 1 year) in art design, art direction, or UX design a plus.
