Purpose of role:
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, the purpose of the role is to maximise revenue for Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.
The VP, Sales, Pinewood Atlanta Studios will work closely day-to-day with both the EVP, Production and Account Management and Global Sales Director to ensure a solid revenue pipeline is in place to achieve and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities:
• Sourcing and signing new productions for Pinewood Atlanta Studios
• Coordination, management and reporting on the production pipeline and existing on-the-lot productions/customers
• Maximise revenue, work to surpass the budget target and meet stakeholders' expectations
• Fully understand and cross sell all the Pinewood Group's products and services (stages, facilities, post production, 3D scanning and digital asset management, workshop and funding) as appropriate
• Specific development and maintenance of regional production companies
• Gather market and customer information and feedback findings to the sales team.
• Represent Pinewood at local industry events and promote the Group to all potential clients who may benefit from her products and services.
• Various sales reports and reporting mechanisms, including accurate Forecast Sheets, Account Tracker, board and management reports, Master Pipeline Tracker, etc.
• Adherence to the official sales processes, tools and systems, including the studio booking system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Liaise with other departments at Pinewood Atlanta Studios, especially Production Management, Yield Management, Operations and Finance
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by Management
• Observe the studio regulations at all times
• Observe and comply with Company Health and Safety policy and practices
• This position will be based at our Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Other Requirements:
• Able to commute reliably to the office. Working hours will vary depending on Company requirements.
• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2010 or later, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Confident and professional when dealing with customers, whether face-to-face or via telephone/emails.
