International Film Distribution Company seeks self starter with legal/contract skills ASAP!
The ideal candidate has strong skills in both MAC and PC. Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidate must have ability to do the following:
Proficiently work in Microsoft Office;
Strong Tech Skills;
Type dictation quickly and accurately; Calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
File electronically hard copy documents, emails, work closely with the business affairs and sales & Marketing teams, attorneys and/or other assistants providing support where needed;
Answer phone, open and distribute mail, order supplies/groceries, daily deposits, kitchen duties; meeting setup, etc., assist with billing prep and time entry;
Work independently and prioritize workload;
Track and meet critical deadlines; and act in a professional and personal manner.
Flexible hours essential.
ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY knowledge a big PLUS.
