SLATE PR, an independently-owned entertainment public relations firm specializing in talent publicity, is currently accepting resumes for a an assistant to a company co-founder/partner and executive assistant representing high-profile clients. We are seeking a highly-driven and enthusiastic candidate that has exceptional communication and writing skills, is detail-oriented and resourceful, has the ability to multi-task, and the capacity to think on his/her feet in a fast-paced environment.
Some responsibilities include:
-Monitoring and servicing press clips to clients
-Writing comprehensive itineraries and memos
-Administrative support
-Ongoing maintenance and updating of media lists/internal documents
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree, preferably in PR or communications
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
-Proficient in Cision and other entertainment research based programs
-Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Strong knowledge and interest in the entertainment industry
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proven ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful
