Full Time Job
A boutique licensed, bonded, and SAG-AFTRA franchised talent agency is seeking candidates who are interested in a long-term career in Voice Over Representation. Must be personable and focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced office.
Must have experience in VOICE OVER representation.
Required
Skilled in use of all relevant casting platforms
Previous casting or agency experience is required.
Extremely aggressive and very diligent about submissions.
Strong pitching and scouting skills
Excellent integrity and work ethics
Excellent written & phone skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team but also to defer to an employer when necessary
Must be self-motivated, ambitious, brilliant, positive, a team player, highly social agent
Must be organized and able to keep up to date all required paperwork, calendars, booking slips, etc.

Additional Information
A candidate may bring their own clients, or sign all new clients. We have a number of clients in the Voice Over Department, but it is by no means full.
There will be an up to 60 day trial period (during which all commissions will be paid and bonuses can be earned).
First interview will be by phone or Skype.
Work can be done primarily from home, but agent must come in to the office at least one day a week to take new client meetings.
