The primary responsibility is to provide executive and personal support to executive in order to make sure he is able to utilize his time most effectively. This role is a trusted partner assuming any and all administrative duties, such as managing access and maintaining and modifying the executive's schedule. This role requires strong organization, problem solving ability, stellar communication, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced creative environment while utilizing the utmost discretion. This position handles confidential business matters and must maintain a smooth operation of the office when executive is unavailable. **At least 3 years of prior administrative/executive assistant experience for a senior-level executive in the entertainment industry (music industry preferred).
Essential Functions (Duties & Responsibilities):
Provide overall administrative support to executive
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly calendar - Juggle fast moving schedule in a professional manner
Serve as the main communication liaison via email and phone between executive and others
Answer & Screen incoming calls/Roll outbound calls, take and deliver messages
Manage daily email organization and dissemination of information, ensuring a prompt response to urgent messages
Write, format, and proofread emails/documents, as needed
Make travel arrangements including flight, hotel, restaurant, and car service adhering to all personal specifications
Assure daily needs are met including ordering lunches
Provide other essential administrative functions and duties, as assigned
