Trailer Park is looking for a client focused Account Supervisor with heavy broadcast experience supporting an entertainment client. This person will play a fundamental role on the team through leading day-to-day management of the client and campaign development. We are in need of someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team, and to support the larger team in creating amazing creative work. This is a hands on role, and the ideal candidate will not only be able to manage a team but will thrive on jumping into the weeds to get projects done.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with client to determine the overall strategy and marketing plans
• Evaluate the input and ideas of creative, media and strategic planning relative to strategy and client preferences
• Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas throughout the organization, as well as with your agency counterparts
• Serve as a team lead across a variety of production and strategically-led initiatives for the client
• Act as a facilitator and leader in active problem-solving
• Provide strategic leadership and input to the internal team
• Provide key updates to senior management
• Act as a lead partner with the creative team, production staff, and clients in managing short and long-term projects
• Continuously seek strategic new business opportunities within existing client relationships
• Ensure that our work exceeds the expectations of our clients
Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in Account Management with at least 2 in a production or creative agency environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant
• Ability to develop, lead and present ideas and proposals, as well as interpret research and client objectives/strategies to positively impact the client business
• 2 years supporting an entertainment client
• Excellent communication and client relationships management skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with cross-functional teams
