Description
Job title: Commercial Coordinator
Responsible to: Commercial Manager
Department: Decca
Location of work: Kensington Village
Main Purpose of Role
As part of the Commercial department you will provide support and assistance to the Commercial Manager, and Commercial team as necessary. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Help prepare and maintain weekly sales documentation – i.e. OTC Charts / mid-week reports, pre-order reports, chart markers, competitor schedule, as well as other relevant Sales info reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist in compiling & updating monthly Decca sales presentations & collate music required.
• Send regular updates to relevant departments i.e. Marketing, Sales team and label.
• Liaise closely with product & marketing team and collate information for weekly sell in's.
• Attend regular label and planning meetings to document key information.
• Liaise with artists / managers / promoters requiring physical stock.
• Ensure PO's are raised by the marketing team when required.
• Deal with ad hoc customer & internal enquiries.
• Collate and monitor weekly profile across key partners and circulate to broader team.
• Setting up retail catalogue campaigns.
• Attend gigs & artist singings periodically when required.
• Additional ad hoc duties when required.

• The ability to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Understands physical distribution & logistics.
• Flexible and able to prioritise own workload.
• Good computer skills i.e.: Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint & excellent.
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience using excel for reporting purposes.
• A good understanding of how we consume music and the evolving retail landscape.
Desirable
• A proven track record working within the industry in a commercial role.
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Knowledge of classical and specialist music.
• Desire to work within sales.
