An ideal candidate for Assistant Operations Manager has excellent skills and/or working knowledge of the following: Quickbooks Online, Adobe, Microsoft Office/Word/Power Point/Excel, POS Systems, Box Office Returns and Accounts Payable, Payroll, HR, light Website Management, Contracts, Estimates, Insurance, and Permits. Strong Analytical skills and Research from time to time will be needed to locate subcontractors, services, equipment, and assist in job quotes. Training in our POS System will be required, so an aptitude for learning new systems is a must. Hours: Daytime to early evening, Monday - Friday, occasional weekends. Must be willing to travel to either of our locations in Hollywood or Santa Monica if needed.
Promotion within the company to Operations Manager possible with time and according to job performance. Will work directly with and for the business partners at home office, and interface with House Managers and Staff on site. Experience working for movie theatres is preferred but not a must.
