Salary Information:
- Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $25.00.
- Additional Benefits: Eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
Workplace Location Requirements:
- Location: Los Angeles, CA office.
- Work Environment: Hybrid, requiring onsite presence 4 days a week or more as mandated by the business.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of general office experience; reception experience a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Skills Required:
- Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word (including redlining), PowerPoint, and Acrobat Adobe Professional (including AdobeSign).
- Skilled in using NetDocuments, DocMinder, HCue, Carta, and other corporate databases.
- Ability to e-file a high volume of documents.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Position: Department Assistant, Corporate Law Team.
- Role Overview: This role involves performing administrative and office support activities for two executives on the Corporate Law Team within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including routing calls, managing calendars, reserving conference rooms, and managing expense processes.
- Redline and edit confidential documents and legal correspondence as per attorney's notes.
- Manage the real-time status of agreements and communicate status updates proactively.
- Liaise with external legal counsels on corporate matters.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and submit monthly expense reports.
- Objective: To ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations within the Corporate Law Team, facilitating effective communication and document management to support legal processes and executive activities.
