Educational Requirements:

Years of Experience:
Minimum of 10 months of Assistant experience in an agency, studio, and/or talent management setting preferred.

The Assistant in CAA's Television Scripted Department will support Agents representing directors, producers, and writers. This role involves handling a high volume of administrative tasks and providing support across various agency departments such as Accounting and Business Affairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, and preparing expense reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, Agents, and Executives.
- Provide significant script coverage for client pitches and track current and potential clients.
- Engage proactively with material and assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.
