Experience and Education Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 10+ months of experience preferred.
- Education: BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Position: Assistant in CAA's Non-Fiction Television Department.
- Role Overview: Support an agent who represents documentary filmmakers, non-scripted/reality show production companies, and talent. Manage administrative duties and client interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks including managing heavy phone traffic, calendar management, travel scheduling, preparing expense reports, and general office management.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and executives.
- Track clients and potential clients, assist in submitting clients for projects, and manage financial transactions.
- Stay updated on the unscripted, reality television landscape including talent, shows, networks, and executives.
- Objective: To provide effective support to an agent by managing a high volume of administrative tasks and client communications while staying informed about industry trends.
