Full Time Job
DDO Artists Agency is seeking a TECH-SAVVY full time assistant to assist our extremely busy NY Voiceover Department ASAP. With offices in NY, LA & Chicago, DDO is constantly evolving and takes pride in the personalized relationships we form with our diverse roster of clients. This is not an executive assistant position.
We are looking for candidates that are passionate about Voiceover, have strong communication, multitasking and leadership skills, pay attention to detail and have the ability to take initiative in a remote but fast paced position. Experience with editing MP3's is preferred. We are open to candidates outside of NY as this will be a remote position. Interviews will be ASAP!
POSITION DETAILS:
Must be able to work EST hours - open to applicants outside of NY as this will be a remote position but STRONG preference to EST.
MUST be positive & eager to learn about the entertainment business!
Start date: ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand casting breakdowns
Work with online accounts used by actors and casting
Contact talent for auditions and respond to questions/concerns
Work with group of interns. Assist in hiring, training and managing their day to day.
Collect, review, and edit VO audition files, and address any technical issues (Audacity)
Record and maintain confidential client information (inEntertainment)
Maintain spreadsheets
Accounting needs (Invoicing, contracts)
Prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
Be a team player and help with additional asks as they appear
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Google Suite, Microsoft Office, PC Proficiency
Extreme Attention to Detail, Multi-tasking Skills, Initiative, Phone & Email Etiquette, Superior Work Ethic & Organization
Must have good Wifi and bandwidth and room for desktop computer with possibility for two monitors
Experience with editing MP3's is required (Audacity)
Previous agency or casting experience is preferred
Familiarity with InEntertainment, Dropbox, Audacity, editing & recording audio is appreciated.

Salary: $40,000-$44,000 depending on experience Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays 100% remote with ability to go into office if desired
