Salary Information:
- Hiring Range in California: $51,300 to $66,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Position: Finishing Department Coordinator at Marvel Studios.
- Role Overview: Support the Finishing Department's operations by assisting with show set-up, scheduling, technical coordination, and general support tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams for initial show set-up and collect specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of equipment and materials for finishing projects.
- Handle communications regarding file transfers and schedule updates.
- Manage the department calendar, schedule meetings, and set up Zoom calls for meetings.
- Track engineering issues and updates; collaborate with technical teams for resolutions.
- Assist in tracking and managing marketing bill-back accounting.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the department.
- Objective: To ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects by providing robust support and coordination within the Finishing Department.
