Salary Information:
- Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible).

Workplace Location Requirements:
- Location: NBCUniversal offices, NYC.
- Work Environment: Hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 4+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Education: Not specified, but a deep understanding of social media marketing and analytics is required.
Skills Required:
- Hard Skills:
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, TalkWalker, Sprout Social, etc.
- Skilled in PowerPoint for presentation and reporting.
- Experienced in content ideation, creation, copywriting, and publishing across multiple social media platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively across the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to work long hours and weekends on short notice.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Position: Social Media Manager for Cable Entertainment (Bravo, E!, Oxygen, SYFY, and USA) at NBCUniversal.
- Role Overview: Drive the social media strategy, content creation, and execution for various NBCU cable entertainment properties, focusing on both unscripted and scripted content. The role includes analyzing social media trends and performance, developing strategies for increased engagement and growth, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and share social listening and sentiment reports.
- Transform campaign performance data into actionable insights.
- Plan and execute content strategies to support show goals across all platforms.
- Build and maintain effective relationships and processes with internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee day-to-day social media coverage and support across all phases of show premieres and ongoing seasons.
- Work with the Media team on paid social campaigns and provide support across other NBCU brands as needed.
- Objective: To enhance brand awareness, viewer engagement, and audience growth through strategic social media marketing and content management, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and KPIs.
