Compensation:
$50,000 - $57,500 annually. The starting pay depends on various factors including geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, and PTO.
Years of Experience and Education:
- 1 year of Marketing experience within media/entertainment industry, digital/social publishers, promotions/advertising/creative agency, or branded entertainment/production company (strong internships considered).
- Bachelor's Degree.
Hard Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong design aesthetic.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and editing ability.
- Understanding of video production and branded content production processes.
- Knowledge of digital distribution, earned media, paid social products, and social media.
Soft Skills:
- Creative thinking with the ability to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of marketing strategy application across various platforms (linear, digital, mobile, social, and event marketing).
- Community management and fan engagement skills on social platforms.
- Avid user of social media with a passion for pop culture.
Position Overview:
The Coordinator of Brand Studios at Paramount will conceptualize and execute custom marketing solutions for advertising partners. The role involves creating and maintaining campaign execution materials, functioning as the main point of contact for program assets, and collaborating with various teams to execute custom sponsorship elements. The Coordinator will also work closely with Executive Producers to develop in-show integration opportunities.
