Years of Experience Required:
- 1-3 years in television/music/entertainment field, preferably in an administrative, rights & clearances, or licensing capacity
Hard Skills:

- Proficiency in handling legal matters like Public Domain, Fair Use, Defamation, and Rights of Publicity

Job Description:
The Coordinator for the Production Clearances and Licensing Operations (PCLO) Team will support the clearance process of third-party materials across various Paramount Media Networks content. This role involves extensive coordination within the business and legal affairs department and across other departments to ensure proper licensing and compliance with legal standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the SVP with administrative tasks including calendar management, department meetings, event planning, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate the execution of media plans by working closely with content producers to research copyright ownership and secure necessary rights.
- Develop strategies and provide realistic advice on content clearance in compliance with company policies.
- Manage and maintain contract files, track payments, and ensure timely execution and compliance of licensing terms.
- Participate in and lead workshops, foster relationships within the licensing community, and provide support across various departments to ensure a cohesive media strategy.
