Full Time Job
We are seeking a highly organized individual to efficiently coordinate virtual production projects. In this role you will work closely with the project manager, to maintain project schedules, act as a central point to the wider production crew and technical teams, ensuring projects run successfully. Communication is key as a primary responsibility to ensure all information from a project manager is understood by all stakeholders of a project.
Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Project Manager to understand the scope of the entire project, create and maintain project schedules, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Acting as a central point of contact for technician teams and crew, coordinating schedules, ensuring relevant people are working as required, with access to the correct equipment and support.
• Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that arise during the planning and execution of projects, coordinating workflow adjustments, or making quick decisions to keep production on track.
• Oversee the implementation of the project plan, ensuring all elements come together smoothly. This includes coordinating meetings, managing deadlines, and addressing last minute issues or changes.
• Keeping accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, and documentation of decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
• Professional experience coordinating audio-visual projects.
• On-Site experience with VP LED Stages
• Strong organizational skills effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks, and keep track of various project elements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate with the project team and crew.
• Detail oriented, to ensure all project requirements are met and nothing falls through the cracks, thorough and able to spot potential errors or inconsistencies.
