Responsibilities:
• Manage the operational partnership with all day-to-day contacts for multiple label entities, distributors, management, and/or clients. within both US and Korea teams.
• Deploying marketing campaigns related to products (fan clubs, physicals, merch, etc.)
• Organizing A&R processes between US and Korea
• Manage domestic & international calendars, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls, team meetings, manage sensitive documents
• Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives to support leadership and the broader cross-functional team on product release schedules for albums.
• Set and report project goals, create detailed project plans, monitor progress, risks, and issues.
• Act as the main contact for operational and strategic programs, collecting information, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
About You:
• Fluent in speaking both English and Korean ~ Business level
• 2-4 previous years of experience either in a music label, artist management, talent agency, publishing, or distribution.
• 1 or more years of Admin experience supporting a Senior-level Executive
• You enjoy working in a fast paced work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and an ability to prioritize your workload.
• You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up, & are able to work in a team environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a strategic thinker who is results-oriented.
• You are able to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
• You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
• You have an ability to deliver on last-minute projects with tight deadlines.?
• You are experienced with Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
