Full Time Job
Seeking a passionate and career-driven individual to assist with day-to-day Talent dealings in the Talent Management department of a busy management and media company. Duties include: assisting with client pitching/packaging, directing emails and calls, invoicing and payment follow ups, updating client materials and paperwork, assisting with client scheduling, and general filing and department upkeep. You will report directly to the Talent Manager.
The ideal candidate has experience as an assistant or coordinator at an agency or management company, is familiar with industry language and trends, and is a creative, forward-thinking individual. This is a great opportunity for continued growth and expansion within the company.
