Full Time Job
In this role, you will be the face and voice of an entertainment company that produces the industry's largest, high-profile events, in a creative/business casual work environment. This position will start out as a part-time opportunity from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., and will go full-time after a trial period. This is a permanent opportunity with full benefits and is located in the Glendale area.
Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming phone calls, and greeting all clients and visitors,
• Basic administrative work (basic filing, order entry, placing phone orders)
• Assisting HR and accounting when required (they will train)
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills, and stellar telephone etiquette
• Receptionist / phone experience
• Some administrative experience preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Degree or some education / coursework in entertainment preferred
• Experience working in the entertainment industry preferred
