The Role
We want to empower the studio landscape, utilizing never-before-seen streamlined, cutting-edge technology. This empowerment comes with maximizing production efficiencies individually and as a whole to facilitate creation of the world's best streaming content. We're looking for a Data Administrator to assist the production team with structuring relevant data used throughout the production process.
As part of Production Operations, this person will source and ingest production data generated by our worldwide productions. He/She will partner with internal studio teams and external production crew to ensure studio data is accurate, timely and structured properly for reporting and analysis.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal and external studio/production personnel on sourcing key data
• Structure and enter data into internal applications
• Data migration from one system to another
• Stress test production-facing applications while tracking accuracies and inconsistencies
• Provide concise and well-constructed feedback with tested data information
• Employee-to-employee system training
• Basic system administration and onboarding
Requirements:
• 2 years of physical production work experience; particularly necessary for understanding the production environment
• Experience with Google Suite
• A passion for new technologies and workforce automation
• Flexible amid an ever-changing and growing environment
• Comfortable taking initiative and running lean
Nice to haves:
• Experience with Java script and SQL queries
