Provide administrative support for marketing department as well as jr. product manage a small roster of artists
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative duties for General Manager and overall department needs
• Assist in creating marketing/radio emails, marketing decks and pitches
• Track changes in release schedule and prepare daily update for Company
• Manage Show and tour solicitation/guest lists
• Jr Product Manager assigned roster artists
• Create marketing plans for assigned projects
• Maintain budget for assigned projects
• Provide overflow support for Touring and Logistics and Research team
Qualifications
Required Skills:
• MS Office Suite, Outlook
• Successful candidate must be highly motivated, creative, energetic, ambitious and driven
• Attention to detail and organizational skills a must
