Coordinator, Production Operations - GMS
The Global Mastering and Servicing Coordinator position for the Production Operations Features team is responsible for project management of workflows including sourcing Picture, Audio and Subtitle Components for ingest into repository systems with accurate metadata. The components will be used for down steam workflows; censorship, IMFs, FLMs, UHD BD, DVD, EST, Mobile, VOD, RVOD, SVOD, and Broadcast. Use internal systems like Show Manager, TeDial, Hive, Runner, GOLD, GPMS, DBB, PRISM, Hub and QuickBase. Position is responsible for coordinating production services related to various aspects of post Initial Release for feature, episodic, and added value distribution. Position will liaise directly with vendors, Internal and External clients. Position will maintain communication between internal departments, outside vendors, and clients to ensure that servicing requirements are fulfilled per the deadline. Field and resolve any delays or rejections. Update clients with progress updates.
Responsibilities:
• Team Meetings and updates
• Title Project Assignments, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Status Tracking and Updates
• Back-Up for team members projects while absent
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 – 3 years of project management and/or video servicing experience
Knowledge of:
• Creation & delivery of video, audio and digital materials. Industry developments (clients, competitors, technology) by reading trade press, SPE news clippings, discussions with internal and external clients
Skill In:
• General computer applications; such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of XYTECH is helpful. MS EXCEL proficiency is expected
• Project Management
• Understanding of metadata for DAM
Ability To:
• Make decisions with limited supervisor input and successfully manage deadlines. Organize data from variety of sources and communicate information in a clear, professional manner.
