Description
UMG is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to provide support to multiple executives in our reputable, evolving corporate IT department
Job Functions:
• Maintaining a busy calendar for global facing senior executives
• Making international and domestic travel arrangements
• Monthly expense reconciliation and processing
• Maintaining attendance records
• Regular meeting preparation and coordination including refreshments
• Coordination of offsite special events
• Special project coordination requiring follow up and meeting of deadlines
• Liaise with other departments as directed by CIO
• Assist with special projects
• Use information provided by executives to create PowerPoint presentations
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Ability to interact with people in multiple levels within and outside the organization
• Great social and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment
• Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Experience:
• 5 Years of Administrative / Office management experience in a similar organization
• Experience with calendar management, expense reporting and travel booking
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
