- Experience with design production, particularly within intercollegiate athletics programs or professional sports teams

Job Description:
The Big Ten Network is looking for a Junior Designer to join their Creative Services team in Chicago, IL. The Junior Designer will design and execute promotional graphics focused on both linear and social platforms, working closely with the Senior Designer within the Marketing & Creative Services Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-impact promotions for multi-platform BTN channels including linear, out-of-home, digital, and social.
- Handle day-to-day production and versioning of regular in-game and studio promotions.
- Deliver platform-specific marketing materials, such as tune-in graphics and promotional videos.
- Assist in the development of unique branding/graphics packages for tentpole events, network programming, and other conference initiatives.
- Update existing graphics packages with refreshed design elements and imagery.
- Help maintain an up-to-date library of BTN's brand assets for internal and external distribution.
- Produce communications and branding for internal use, including BTN's Ad Sales and Business Operations departments.
