The Role
CAA is looking for an Early Careers and Campus Programs Manager to join our diverse and dynamic workforce. With a keen lens on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), the Programs Manager will provide support to the national Early Careers Recruiting team. This team is dedicated to finding the best talent to work in a variety of entry-level and support functions across the agency.
In partnership with the Early Careers Recruiting team, the Early Careers and Campus Programs Manager will take an active role in the recruitment process by implementing the company's campus recruiting strategy (including visiting university campuses, hosting and managing strategic virtual recruiting sessions, and maintaining campus relationships); managing the curriculum and rollout of the national Internship Program; executing key recruiting programs such as Explore CAA, Discover CAA and the Los Angeles Internship Program; fostering and maintaining relationships with key external DEI recruiting partner organizations; and other special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
• Create and assess the national campus recruiting strategy, under the guidance of the Head Early Careers Recruiting.
• Partner with Corporate Communications on recruiting messaging and assets (both updated yearly).
• Implement national on-campus and virtual campus recruiting strategy at targeted universities.
• Host strategic virtual campus recruiting sessions.
• Host select university visits to the Los Angeles office.
• Own and maintain relationships with targeted university contacts and career centers.
• Partner with Early Careers Recruiters on internship resume reviews and interviews.
• Manage curriculum, internal communications, and rollout of national Internship Program, in partnership with local Recruiting team members outside of Los Angeles.
• Execute key recruiting programs such as Explore CAA, Discover CAA and the Los Angeles Internship Program.
• Track candidates from key recruiting programs and provide pipeline to Early Careers Recruiting team.
• Foster and manage relationships with external DEI recruiting partner organizations.
• Organize strategic events and office visits for external DEI recruiting partner organizations.
• Collaborate with various members of the global HR team on key initiatives and departmental projects.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 or more years of work experience in campus recruiting, university admissions, university career services, or a combination.
• Entertainment and/or university recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• ATS and/or CRM experience required.
• Event planning experience a plus.
• Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and ability to shift priorities, multi-task, and handle heavy workflow processing.
• Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence.
• Team player with a high sense of urgency; able to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work extended hours, especially during peak programming and recruiting seasons.
Location
• This role is hybrid, based in the Los Angeles office.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $84,000-$120,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
