Invite Only Studios is NYC's premiere experiential recording, production and photography studio based in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. Our multi-million dollar state-of-the-art space has hosted today's top artists from Universal, DefJam, Roc Nation, Republic, Sony, Warner, Atlantic and subsidiaries. We operate as a collaborative production team comprising a diverse array of producers, songwriters, and other creative talents. We've created content for brands such as Starbucks, Chase, Amazon, NFL, Kohl's, Pantene, Petsmart, Complex, and Hypebeast. In addition, we work with several indie artists and assist them in their journeys to propel their careers.
Job Description:
* Facilitate and manage the scheduling requirements of owners
* Arrange interviews and follow-up meetings for owners.
* Provides administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
* Take effective minutes during meetings
* Supporting the creation of pitch decks, agreements, and contracts.
* Manages monthly invoices and payments
* Assist in organizing studio sessions, including booking studio time, coordinating with artists, and ensuring necessary equipment and resources are available.
* Coordinate with producers, engineers, and other studio staff to facilitate smooth workflow during recording sessions.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, artists, and industry professionals visiting or contacting the studio.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure client needs are met during studio visits or interactions.
* Assist in planning and executing studio events, including album launch parties, listening sessions, or industry networking events.
* Coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, and oversee event setup and cleanup as needed.
* Errand runs for executives and staff when necessary
* Maintaining a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong core competencies with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Well-spoken and polished both verbal and written
* Excellent time management & organization skills.
* Experience with Music Industry clients is preferred but not required.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
