Job Description:
As a Broker Operations Support Representative, you are responsible for providing excellent service to Professional Reseller partners, aiding with fulfillment/delivery issues, and resolving transactional-level errors. Your role ensures that seller performance metrics are met in accordance with our Seller Handbook and Seller Agreement. Key duties include resolving issues related to ticket fulfillment, answering seller inquiries, documenting interactions, and working with various internal teams to manage and resolve escalated issues. You will monitor seller performance to minimize order failures and ensure timely and accurate ticket delivery. Additionally, capturing and communicating seller feedback to internal stakeholders is crucial. This position also offers potential opportunities to provide onsite support at major events like the Super Bowl and the US Open, contributing significantly to our service excellence at high-profile events.
