Part Time Paid Internship
We are looking for an organized person with an interest in developing a Post Production skill set that will contribute to the execution of our projects. You will be receptive to taking direction while working in a fast-paced environment. You find comfort in multitasking and making drastic project pivots. Can always find solutions to issues and keeps a positive attitude. Gets excited about learning about Post Production workflows and technology. You are passionate about music and being part of a team that connects fans to the artists they love.
The Role
• Will help identify what projects need Post Production resources.
• Supports the Post Production Supervisor while working closely with the entire Post team.
• Reviews timelines and ensures post personnel are clear on their due dates.
• Reviews editor reels.
• Coordinates the delivery and arrival of hard drives coming to the office.
• Helping to organize assets within Box folders from shoots, archive footage and artist-led content provided by various sources
• Creates Post Production project codes and distributes them to Post team members to keep media and project files organized.
• Researches music libraries and pulls selects for editors.
• Researches getty images library and pulls selects for editors.
Qualifications
• Has strong attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment
• Highly organized
• Good communication skills
• A knowledge of Premiere Pro and the Adobe suite
• Researching and educating the Post team on emerging technologies.
• Understanding of the edit styles that work well for social platforms.
• Understanding of Content production, and ability to self-shoot on-the-fly mobile phone content for concerts and events for our feeds
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
