THE JOB
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to handle all day-to-day tasks associated with different products across our owned and operated venue portfolio, with a heavy focus on our annual Lawnie Pass product. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing and help us in creating a small and scrappy group of creative, strategic, collaborative, versatile and highly motivated marketers who like to have fun while delivering results, big ideas and big wins.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Partner with the Sr. Manager to assist in the creation of strategic roadmaps & integrated marketing plans for our annual Lawnie Pass membership program
• Maintain and update the master Lawnie Passholder list and communicate updates with participating venue box office teams
• Partner with Fan and Artist Services team to launch ancillary product marketing plans to create a new revenue stream based on existing Lawnie Passholders
• Pull data and update participating venues with reporting on show and product performance as it relates to venue products like Lawnie Pass
• Tracking and communication of all shows participating in Lawnie Pass
• Monitor social activity and Lawnie Passholder communications
• Brainstorm and help coordinate any/all communications to be sent out to passholders
• CMS (Content Management System) updates for the Lawn Pass site
• Communicate with subject area experts across Brand, Experience, Regional & Digital teams to gather marketing & communication strategies for product lifecycle
• Align internal partners as well as external agencies via strategic briefs, design, copy, website content, social content, media buying, and others as needed based on the initiative
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• A creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can bring our product to life
• A marketer with 1+ years of promotional marketing, product management, or customer service experience
• Demonstrated track record of executing and managing projects at the highest level
• Self-starter who thinks outside the box
• Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills (written and oral communication skills)
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams on a project basis
• Active problem-solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• A highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• An expert in MS Office Suite (especially: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive Suite (Especially: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Photoshop and CMS experience are a plus
• Strong presentation / deck building skills to help socialize concepts, campaigns and plans
• Highly organized, with ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines at once
