THE ROLE
Vibee is seeking a Ticketing and Platform Manager/Coordinator to support the Ticketing and Platform team. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and critical thinking skills and have the ability to foster strong working relationships with senior executives, partners, and clients at all levels of an organization. This team member will be an enthusiastic participant in Vibee's groundbreaking initiatives in non-traditional ticketing within cutting edge spaces. This position reports to the Director, Ticketing and Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor ticket sales and compile sales summaries for distribution to designated stakeholders
• Gather information from all teams to structure builds and maintain events on the Vibee sales platform with Event Programming Coordinator
• Collaborate on ticketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders to execute unique client needs in high profile spaces
• Manage inventory and ticket holds for all events, on and off platform
• Assist in reserved seating assignments, when required
• Manage internal and group order system for Vibee events
• Assist in documenting Vibee ticketing standard operating procedures
• Liaise with Vibee Experience team to ensure package fulfillment
• Develop relationships with Integration partners and their internal ticketing teams
• Work with Properties team to ensure quality control of Hotel information and inventory adjustments
• Assist in onsite ticketing management, when required
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of experience in the music, concert, and/or event industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing software, event programming, and box office operations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience.
• Excellent inventory and project management skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply ticketing strategies to out-of-the-box, high pressure situations.
• Outstanding reporting and analysis skills.
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, and communicate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, and Asana
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• Superior oral and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel extensively and work evenings and weekends, as required
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively both domestically and abroad
• Must be able to continuously stand or walk.
• Must be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces
• Position will expose candidate to sensitive company information and so must maintain strict confidentiality
• Must exercise the utmost discretion in dealing with staff, vendors, and business associates regarding sensitive matters
