Director, Franchise Management Multimedia Creative

The individual in this role supports the strategic positioning and approach to Universal's theatrical slate, 365 franchises and studio positioning. The Director, Franchise Management Multimedia Creative will partner with the SVP, Global Franchise Management to develop and execute the creative vision and positioning of the studio, execute internal showcases and complete special projects from the UFEG Leadership team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop content, creative and narrative, for presentations including multi-IP slate decks, Senior Leadership Franchise meetings, cross-company roadshows to Symphony partners (SKY & Theme Parks), ad hoc Executive decks and Final Filmmaker Marketing presentations
• Show run presentations and AV materials for major trade shows, events, as well as meetings
• Project manage key dates/milestones, approvals from internal stakeholders and collaborate across internal businesses units
• Represent the Global Franchise Management team in cross-divisional and theatrical marketing meetings, providing key updates and disseminate information to pertinent stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience in presentation development in Keynote with the ability to develop a presentation narrative in conjunction with a strong creative approach and dynamic presentation skillset
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Creative
• Experience in building entertainment brands/franchises
• 4 years of work experience in a content-focused entertainment organization, such as a film or television studio, television network, production company, or creative advertising agency is highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong strategic planning skills and able to craft and lead with brand vision
• Exceptional creative thinking skills and the ability to generate compelling narratives and strategies, leading successful brainstorming sessions, as well as managing creative processes and stakeholders
• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 (Bonus and LTI eligible)
