Job Description:
Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Social Graphics Designer for their Digital Marketing team. This role involves assisting in the creation of social graphics across Pacers Sports & Entertainment properties, focusing on the Pacers, Fever, and Mad-Ants. The designer will work in a fast-paced NBA/WNBA game night environment, with their work showcased across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and production of social graphics.
- Work with existing designs and produce original content.
- Follow style guides as required.
- Collaborate with digital and creative teams.
- Create graphics under tight deadlines.
- Provide creative input and ideas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and move heavy objects.
- Use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Work in environments with moderate office noise and loud game environments.
- Handle periods of high stress.
This role will require 15-30 hours per week, as dictated by game schedules, with fluctuating hours and minimal work during off months.
