Overview:
Campaign Management serves as connective tissue throughout the Paramount Streaming Marketing Org. We are at the cross-section of several functions, including Consumer & Creative Marketing, Production Operations, Legal, Creative, Content Strategy, Data & Insights group, etc. all anchored around our Paramount subscription streaming service and Pluto TV, our ad-supported streaming service. Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Campaign Management with an understanding of creative production, operations, and digital marketing to manage, drive and lead campaigns for Paramount .
The Senior Manager, Campaign Management will support campaign and creative planning with end-to-end project management, and work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, integrated workflows, communication, and strategies throughout the business. We are looking for a highly collaborative, solutions oriented individual who has demonstrated experience leading highly complex projects and campaigns in a fast-paced and matrixed organization.
Your Day-To-Day:
• Lead 2-3 campaigns per quarter from campaign kick-off to hero asset delivery
• Work with cross-functional Marketing and Creative Teams to assess initial requests for information, project parameters, priority scheduling, and creation of all deliverables against established deadlines and marketing strategies.
• Ensure that Creative and Production teams have all information and resources required to start a project prior to kick-off, following up with and arranging communications with partners as needed.
• Lead project workflow by driving all steps in the campaign life cycle, including briefings, media planning, complex approval workflows, workback schedules, scope changes, and creative and production solutions to time/resource constraints.
• Manage expectations globally as needed by identifying issues early and suggesting workable solutions.
• Set, track, and distribute campaign and production timelines and help manage teams toward key turning points - adjusting to avoid time-sensitive bottlenecks and enable pivots as needed.
• Lead meetings, drive agendas and cross-functional communication, share recaps and next steps.
• Maintain oversight of deliverable status and facilitate routing through creative, approvals, and finishing
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners, driving a culture of collaboration.
• Working with the Director, Campaign Management, Marketing, Creative and Production Operations - assess, recommend and implement strategies for increased clarity, communication, production and workflow efficiencies
• Lead scope, budget and campaign resource discussions
Qualifications:
• 5 years working in 360 campaign project management, or related
• BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production, Communications or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:
• Familiarity with design, AV and digital file specs, as well as experience fulfilling large ($5m ) media buys
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus among multiple partners at all levels of a corporate organization including senior management
• Ability to understand the big picture and help drive prioritization and alignment, while at the same time keep track of the details
• Experience with Asana, Airtable or similar is recommended
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Sony Ci, Google Suite, Frame.io) a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 155,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
