Full Time Job
This position provides support to the Marketing Department of Arista. This role requires comprehensive communication and coordination between all internal label departments as well as with the artist management teams. Candidates must be proactive, organized, quick to learn, detail-oriented and a have a willingness to serve as a team player.
What you'll do:
• Oversee executive travel, calendar, and expense reconciliation.
• Book all artist travel surrounding promo appearances including press opportunities and release week events and more.
• Coordinate with finance department to set up new vendors and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with A&R Admin and Production Teams to ensure timely delivery of all audio and video products with full informational needs.
• Hire and oversee label interns each semester.
• Maintain and distribute marketing one sheets & decks and artist & label calendars.
• Assist in event coordination and maintaining guest lists.
• Liaise between label and IT for all employee needs.
• Manage all marketing assets and distribute as needed.
• Manage execution of photography and video agreements for artist shoots
• Update artist and company websites with news items, banners, tour dates etc. and manage website re-designs as needed.
• Create and execute promo events, showcases, and conferences.
• Manage artist press schedules and coordinate getting availability from managers
• Manage ticket buys for artist tours for staff and partners
• Research projects including but not limited to competitive drivers, streaming reports, benchmarks, etc.
Who you are:
• At least one year of administrative experience.
• A general knowledge of the music industry and all the departments within a label.
• Excellent written skills and the ability to match the “voice†of different artists/brands.
• Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to transition quickly and seamlessly while always executing.
• Strong knowledge of new and changing social media technology.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Next Big Sound, BuzzAngle, Music Connect)
• Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
• Microsoft Office Suite required / Photoshop & iMovie/Adobe Premiere preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$45,000 — $55,000 USD
